About Marek Krasuski

I am a professional writer and communications expert with an extensive background in journalism, business, the arts, academics, teaching, and related areas. My love of the North and my residence in Sudbury, Ontario, have influenced my profound appreciation for the infinite expanse of wilderness beauty.

My professional writing career is based on a spirit of inquiry, evidenced by the probing nature of the nearly one thousand works in my portfolio.

‘Boot camp’ journalism in the fast-paced environment of a Northern Ontario daily newspaper, where rigid deadlines and a full spectrum of subjects define the rules of the game, reaped professional rewards. This experience has given me a solid foundation on which to build a strong narrative style and keen insight into the lives of the people and businesses I write about.

Much of my work has focused on corporate profiles and personal portraits of business owners and companies, all of which I continue to perfect with regular submissions to the Northern Business Journal and The Sudbury Star, Northern Ontario’s largest newspaper.
